Sorry, that picture is really of bad quality. But when the picture was taken it was very cold and I (Uli Paul) was already frozen to an ice block and trembling. But with some imagination you can recognize the power supply on the left side, the two boards (one for the level translators and the other for the temperature subsystem) and a lot of cables entering the box. Those on the top run to the temperature sensors and those on the side are for the DISTOs. In operation there is a front panel with some LEDs and the whole box has a transparent front door (like those used in the sacristy.)
